All third parties authorized by Fleetsense Ltd. which may have access to the End User Data shall be under obligations of confidentiality to maintain the End User Data as confidential pursuant to the Privacy Policy. You agree to and do hereby grant to Fleetsense Ltd. the irrevocable, perpetual, transferrable right to use, disclose, assign or convey any Deidentified End User Data.
